Duke's verdict
Drain stale gas from an auction car, move fuel from a can into a generator, pump water out of a boat — no mouth, no pump, no batteries. Shake the valve in the tank a couple of times and gravity does the rest. Pocket change for a job otherwise solved with spitting and swearing.
Pros
- Self-priming valve — a couple of shakes and it flows
- Gas, diesel, water, oil
- Nothing to break: brass valve and a hose
Cons
- Gravity only — the source has to sit above the target
- Won't get past anti-siphon valves on modern car tanks

2000A jump starter power bank
Lives in the trunk of every car from the episodes. Starts a V8 with a dead battery, charges a phone, doubles as a flashlight. Florida heat kills batteries in two years — this pays for itself the first time.
